Once you have successfully restored the power and connectivity of your intercom, kindly supply your Intercom Static IP Address via the link below and let the Concierge know at your earliest convenience. 一旦您成功恢复对讲机的电源和连接后,请通过以下链接提供您的对讲机静态IP地址,并尽早通知前台礼宾部。

Your Static IP Address is an essential information that will aid Expert Security in finally bringing back your intercom online. 您的静态IP地址是一项重要的信息,可帮助Expert Security最终使您的对讲机恢复在线状态。

 

If you have been unsuccessful with the abovementioned steps to rectify the issue, Expert Security will then be engaged to troubleshoot and advise on the next steps. 如果您未能通过上述步骤解决问题,安全专家(Expert Security)将参与故障排除并就后续步骤提供建议。

However, do note that if Expert Security finds cables plugged in the wrong spot on attendance, their call-out fee will be recovered from the Lot Owner. 但是,请注意,如果安全专家(Expert Security)在到府检查时发现电缆线被插入错误的位置,将会向该户户主收取他们的出工费。
