OC MANAGER DETAILS
The appointed Owners Corporation Manager at ‘Panorama’ is Melbourne Owners Corporation Services Pty Ltd. Our office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Contact details are as follows:

For all common property after-hours emergencies, please contact 03 9818 2488. Your call will be diverted to our after-hours
emergency contractor to attend to the emergency.

Move-in Procedure:

All Occupiers moving in or out of the property must confirm their move with the Building Manager by submitting the Moving
Booking Request to the Building Manager via MIMOR. Please refer to the enclosed MIMOR insert for more information. Bookings
must be arranged at least 72 hours prior to the intended move. The booking is only confirmed once acknowledged by the Building
Manager. Under no circumstances is a person to move into or out of the property without the approval of the Building Manager.

 

Utility Connection

Hot Water and Cooktop Gas Connection:
‘Panorama’ has been built with a centralized hot water/gas system. Origin Energy has been contracted to operate this service. To
ensure your continued supply you will need to contact Origin Energy to arrange your connection. You can do this via Origin Energy’s
website at https://www.originenergy.com.au/bhwopenonline or alternatively contact them on 1800 684 993.


Electricity Connections:
‘Panorama’ has been built with an embedded electrical network. OC Energy has been contracted to operate these services. You
will need to contact OC Energy to set up an account to ensure your continued supply. You can do this via OC Energy’s web site at
www.ocenergy.com.au.

Domestic Cold Water Connections:
Domestic water accounts for each apartment can be arranged with Yarra Valley Water by contacting 1300 853 811 or by visiting
their website at https://www.yvw.com.au/manage-account/open-or-close-account


Other Connections:
Telephone and internet connections (NBN) are at the discretion of the Occupier. Please contact the Owners Corporation Manager
should your contractor require access to Common Property to complete any installation. The Manager will require at least 72
hours’ notice for any access required.
