Booking Your Move-In
We understand that you – or your tenant if you plan on leasing the property – will want to arrange to move into the property as soon as possible after settlement. In the interest of all owners, it is vital that you notify Strata Plan and your caretaker of when you plan to move in so that this can be supervised and ensure no damage occurs to common property in the process. Please notify Strata Plan 24 hours prior to your preferred date and we will put you in touch with the caretaker. Alternatively, advise Strata Plan of your preferred move-in date when you return the attached contact details form.
