The hours of the Building Manager are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (excl. public holidays).

 

For all after hours emergencies relating to Common Property, please contact the office on 03 9818 2488 and you will be diverted to our
after-hours maintenance company. It is recommended that you contact the Building Manager in the first instance to seek their assistance
and guidance.

Please take note that all bookings must be arranged at least 72 hours prior to the intended move. The booking is only confirmed once
acknowledged by the Building Manager. Please also note that a fee may apply for moves during times that the Building Manager is
not scheduled to be at the building.

 

Utility Connection

Electricity & Hot Water (and Cooktop Gas) Connections:
‘The Peak’ has been built with an electricity embedded and bulk hot water system. Origin Energy (OC Energy) has been contracted to
operate these services. You are required to contact these companies to set up your accounts to ensure your continued supply for each
service. You can do this registering online at their website at:

A welcome pack for each service (incl. connection forms) is attached to this booklet for further information.
Domestic Cold Water Connections:
Domestic cold water accounts for each apartment are to be arranged with City West Water. Please refer to the below web link for further
information regarding your domestic cold water connection:

Broadband Internet:
Telephone and internet connections are via NBN and are at the discretion of Occupier. Please contact the Owners Corporation Manager
should your contractor require access to Common Property to complete any installation. The Manager will require at least 72 hours’
notice for any access required.

 

Key Order

If a new apartment key, access fob or remote is required to be ordered for your apartment, a written request is to be submitted by the
Lot Owner or Managing Agent to the Owners Corporation Manager to place the order. Please complete either the attached ‘Access
Fob/Remote Request’ form (for fobs/remotes) or the ‘Omega Restricted Key Order’ form (for apartment door key) and submit to the
Owners Corporation Manager to process. The order forms are also available to download from MyBos.

 

‘The Peak’ is using MyBos - an online app and portal to give you one central hub for all your building information, bookings (moving in/out
etc.) and building notifications. Register at https://app.mybos.com/thepeak/login with your unique user name and password to gain
access to your building’s important information. For example; Electricity, Water, Internet, Foxtel, Intercom, Keys, Contact Details and
other important building details.
