Move-in Procedure:

Please email info@theeminence.com.au to book your move-in time with the concierge (1 week’s notice
is preferred). We will provide you with instructions for your move and booking.


Residents will be allocated a 2 hour timeslot (or 3 if requested) and times available for moving in are
9am- 4pm Monday to Friday. All moves requested outside these hours will be at the discretion of the
Building Manager.


Furniture and move in items are to go through the basement. If your truck does not exceed the
maximum height limit please proceed to park inside on B1 close to the lifts. Under no circumstances
are move-ins/out to occur through the main lobby access.


Please take care of the hallway walls and the elevator as any damage to these areas will be charged to
the responsible resident.
