By creating a Blogix account, you will be able to:
Reserve goods lift for move-in/out/delivery/hard rubbish disposal etc.
Reserve bookable amenities.
Concierge can receive parcels on your behalf (For onsite residents only, excluding agents and offsite owners). Please be advised that due to the lack of storage space and safety concern, concierge team can only receive parcels/packages that is of reasonable size, and concierges do not receive any fresh food or food deliveries like Marley Spoon, HelloFresh, Jenny Craig, Coles, Woolworths, Uber Eats, Hungry Panda, EASI etc. and concierge also do not receive any White Goods/Furnitures or heavy items on behalf of residents, residents must ensure that someone (themselves/their friends or family members) is present to accept their furniture/white goods delivery.

Location of loading bay:
The entrance for Melbourne Square's Loading Bay is located at the end of Balston Street past Imagine Marco.
Please advise your delivery driver to turn left into the driveway as they drive pass Imagine Marco Hotel, due to safety reason the speed limit is restricted to 5km/hour at loading bay & back of house driveway area.
Goods lift reservation:
As we do not want you to miss out the booking timeslot required whilst applying and waiting for your Blogix account to be created. If you require to make an urgent booking to use the Goods Lift, please find time slots per below and reply to this email to confirm a timeslot which suits you the best. (If your desired timeslot has already been taken by other residents, you will need to pick another date/time which is still available).
Please be advised each apartment is entitled to reserve 1 timeslot per day if you need an additional timeslot for your move. please send a seek for approval email including reasons to Building Management for review & potential approval. Your scheduled removalist’s Public Liability Insurance must be emailed to msconcierge@pacificbmg.com.au and msqadmin@pacificbmg.com.au at least 48 hours in advance to your move commencement.
