Move-in procedures

A proprietor or occupier of a Lot may be asked to pay a surety, the amount of which will be determined by the Manager, prior to moving in or out of the Building. Any damage caused as a result of the move in or out will be deducted from the surety and the balance of which will be refunded within 7 days of the completion of the move.
