Booking Your Move-In

Move in /out procedure

  • Moving In and Out of the building requires a booking which can be done with the Building Manager. Move times are to be between the hours of 9:00 am – 2:00 pm Monday - Wednesday.

  • Bookings need to be in writing via email (buildingmanager350@jazzcornerhotel.com) and approved by the building manager.

  • Bookings need to be made 48 –72 Hours in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Please note: Strictly no moving on weekends or afterhours. Locking off the lift outside of these

    hours will not be permitted and will be strictly enforced by the Building Management and

    Security Staff of the building.

  • Further: No item larger than a standard packaging box (Width230mm, Length: 310mm, Height:

    445mm) is permitted to be moved in and/or out of the building outside of these hours.

Gym Facilities

The gym is located on level 3A in the building. The gym consists of various assisted weight machines and cardio machines. Currently, no free weights are available. The gym Is open between 6 am and 10 pm 7 days a week, and toilet/shower facilities are available on level 3A.
