Move-in Procedure:
Welcome to The Deacon Apartments, before a move is undertaken, a Move---In/Move---Out Agreement must be completed and signed by anyone who moves items to or from the building. The forms can be collected from the Owners Corporation Manager via Email.
Notice You must make an appointment to book a move in/out. A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to secure a lift for a maximum 2 hour period. Moving times will be assigned on a first come, first served basis and will be strictly monitored. The Owners Corporation Manager will control the master register for lift bookings so if you have a specific day and time, please provide as much notice as possible so as not to be disappointed. To Make a Booking Bookings are to be made at least 72 hours prior to your move in to book in an allocated time prior to confirming with your removalists.
