Booking Your Move-In
May you please complete the following three steps to approve your move into Focus?
- Complete the Move Jotform linked below

- Email homerstbm@mason-sq.com your removalist company’s ‘Certificate of Currency’ (If you are using a removalist company for your move.)
- Send through the following Documentation and Information so that a ‘BuildingLink Account’ may be created
· Full name
· Mobile number
· Apartment number
· Tenancy Agreement (If Tenant)
Furthermore, please send the full name, email and mobile numbers of anyone moving in with you.
Utility Connection
Please be advised of below import issues before or after you move in:
1. We will authorise Myconnect (our utility connection specialist) to connect cold water on your behalf shortly, but you would still need to connect the hot water and electricity with below providers only.
Hot water/gas – Origin Energy
Electricity – Origin Energy
Internet – Any providers
2. Your bond will be lodged into RTBA shortly and you need to confirm this lodgement via emails.
3. The finalised entry condition report will be sent to at the start of your tenancy and you have 3-5 business days to finalise it online.
4. You must contact the Building Manager to book your move in.

5. Your future rent will have to be paid by Direct Debit, please fill out enclosed form and send it back ASAP.
