Move-in Procedure:

The lift cannot be booked for move-ins/outs as there is only one lift at the building and it doesn’t have the ability to be locked.

 

Lift protectors are up, so you can move in anytime.

A few reminders:

  1. Move-in from the rear of the building (O’Connell Street), not the front entry.
  2. Do not physically force open the lift door as it will cause a fault and you will be liable for the charges. When the lift door closes, just press the button to open it again.
  3. All card boxes are to be flattened and put into the bin room, not through the chute.

 

Utlity Connection

No embedded electricity network, they can choose their own. Hot water account needs to be created with origin Energy.
