Building Manager

This building has an on-site building manager to assist with day to day operations. They will be on site Monday - Friday.

 

Please contact the building manager at the front desk or via
the App or email at buildingmanager.icon@drivenfm.com.au.

The building manager will coordinate all move in and out bookings and liaise
with trades who attend site to undertake routine servicing.

Utility Connection

Internet & telephone
The building is wired for internet with the MDF located in the hallway cupboards on the car park.
There are service riser cupboards on each level to allow connections to each apartment. Access to
the MDF can be obtained by contacting the building manager.
Occupants must be onsite and coordinate their contractors when connecting telephone or internet.

Foxtel
The building has been wired for Foxtel. For new connections please contact 131 787 and to transfer
an existing service please call 131 999.

Hot water & Gas
This building has a bulk gas hot water system installed by Origin Energy. All occupants will need to
contact Origin Energy to establish a gas account.
