Booking Your Move-In

All residents must contact the Building Manager to book their move in.

Utility Connection

Origin supplies the energy used (gas) to heat the hot water. The hot water is reticulated through the building to the apartments from a central hot water system. Each apartment has a dedicated hot water meter and is individually charged for their gas usage.

Owners are currently receiving invoices from Origin Energy. This invoice is for the gas used to heat the hot water and is not for the water consumed. This may or may not be on-charged to the tenant – depending on the lease agreement terms.

City West Water invoice received by occupants is for the cold-water consumption only.

Water consumed by the hot water system is measured by meters located in the ceiling outside of each apartment. Owners Corporation 1 will then invoice each relevant lot Owner for the gas consumption on a bi-annual basis set on actual reads.
