Move-in Procedure

An owner or occupier of a Lot must give at least seventy-two (72) hours' notice to the 'Avenue' Building Manager
before any items (furniture, fittings or equipment) may be moved in or out of the building. Items must be moved in and
out of the building solely via the goods lift accessed from the loading bay on the ground level car park.

Foxtel is available at the building. The final connection to be completed by occupant post settlement.
