Move-in Procedure:
14. MovingPolicy
We request that occupants please contact Mia Property Manager at least 48 hours in advance to book in your moving in/out of the property.
We request that occupants please take care not to damage the common property during the moving process. Please ensure that you to not force or hold open any doors, in particular the garage door.
Utlity Connection
Electricity
Electricity meters are located in the locked cupboard outside the rear of the property. You can contact a provider of your choice to connect. Please simply provide your address to your retail provider to connect.
Your hot water is electric.
Gas Supply
The Owners Corporation pays for the gas provided to your gas cooktop. Hence there is no requirement to connect gas to your property.
Water
Your water provider is Yarra Valley Water. We recommend updating your details with Yarra Valley Water via their website www.@yvw.com.au
NBN
Please note that NBN is connected to your building, hence you will be able to access the benefits of NBN. If you have any questions connecting to NBN please contact NBN on 1800 687 626. Occupants are required to arrange connection of NBN to their individual lots.
