Move-in procedures or Key Contact Person

There is no moving supervision service for this building. Please kindly remind your tenants to be mindful when transporting furniture through common areas and lift to avoid causing any damages.

There is no onsite building manager. Owners corporation manager is Craig. Craig can be contacted on 03 9818 2488 or craig@mocs.com.au. Alternatively, I can be contacted as well.

 

Embedded Network for electricity/hot water and Internet

The is no embedded work electricity supplier for this building. Residents may choose their preferred energy supplier to organize connection of the electricity.

Currently there is no separate meters for hot water and gas. They are currently being paid by the owners corporation.

Resident may organize connection of the NBN internet with internet supplier. Shall the NBN technician need the access to the MDF room for the connection, please contact our office on 03 9818 2488. Please note that access to the MDF room can only be provided from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm except public.
