Outside of these hours is for emergencies only.
Office: The Building Manager’s office is located in the car park on the
Ground Mezzanine (GM) level at the south end (Docklands Drive).

 

Move-in Procedure:

 

All moves must be booked with the Building Manager at least 48 hours before your
move is scheduled.

I have also attached a QR code for the online portal called Mimor. Please have the tenant join this, and they can book the lift for the move.

Send Building Manager full details of the tenants moving in so he can make contact before they move in

Utility Connection

 

Please be aware that the tenant will only need to set up electricity. Gas and water are billed directly to the owner via lot liability.

Electricity: Electricity at Waterfront City is provided by an embedded network.
To connect electricity to your unit,

YOU MUST CONTACT Energy Intelligence on 1300 277 233 or

www.energyintel.com.au.

In order to use another provider, the lot owner will be required to replace the unit’s
electricity meter at their cost.
