Move-in Procedure:
Bookings are ESSENTIAL for moving. Please contact Mr. Austin at 0435671461 to lock the lift for you.
It is essential to make a booking at least 48 hours prior to your move.
Moves shall not be permitted unless a confirmation email is received from the OC manager.
Please EMAIL through your apartment number, name, and phone number with your request to move in/out. The date and time will be confirmed, and the cleaners will be notified to be on-site to assist in minimising damages to the property.

After the initial settlement period, moves will not be permitted on weekends or public holidays and hours may vary.
Prior to moving, the Occupier must provide the onsite staff with a copy of their removalist’s Public Liability Insurance Policy; it is recommended the occupier request this information when booking a removalist. This can be emailed to info@maxaoc.com.au. It is the occupier’s responsibility to ensure these details are provided.
