Building Manager

The Building Management Team are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Complex and
ensure the maintenance of the common property, we are available to assist you during the following
hours:
Monday to Saturday a Building Manager will be onsite from 7AM – 7PM.
On Sundays a Building Manager will be onsite from 2PM – 7PM.
The Building Managers office is located at 3 Village Mews in Residential Building Services (next to
Residential Loading Dock at 1 Village Mews).

Book your Move-in

We are notified of all tenant moves through our Building Link system. We kindly request that the tenant moving in make a booking through our system.

For tenants to receive their Building Link login details, the tenant (or alternative the property manager) must send the following to manager@livecaulfield.com

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Lease agreement

 

Please inform your tenants to have their removalists park at the following:

  • For Building A (2 Caulfield Boulevard) and D (1 Village Mews) moves – please park at 15 Bond St where the move will occur via the lower ground parking lot.
  • For Building B (10 Station St) and C (8 Bond St) moves – please park at the Residential Loading Bay next to our office.

 

Utlity Connection (Electricity/Hot Water/Internet/Water )

 

Immediately after settlement you will be responsible for the connection of utilities and service accounts
and will need to ensure that they are connected in your name.

Internet Connection
Our internet is run by Active Utilities by default, so when deciding your internet service provider, you can
choose the ones compatible with the building’s network.
Visit https://www.openetworks.com.au/residents/#Choose to find a list of internet providers compatible
with the building. Simply give the internet service provider a call if you would like to connect with their
services.
*Please note: any address pertaining to the complex will not appear in the search bar.


Electricity and Hot Water
Active Utilities is the embedded network for the electricity and hot water. No gas connection is required.

Cold Water
Cold water is provided by South East Water. If you need to turn off water supply, please contact your
Building Manager.

Key Order

Please be advised that we do not accept key orders from tenants.

Key orders can be made via:

  • a written request via email from the property manager/owner containing the key type and quantity
  • filling out and sending through to us the key form (see attached 'Caulfield Village Key Order Form' file)
  • the maintenance tab on Building Link from the property manager/owner containing the key type and quantity 

See below our listed prices for each key:

Swipe/FOB: $25

Garage remote: $80

Apartment key: $40

Urgent orders: *10

*Our apartment keys are ordered in bulk on the 20th of each month. If you require a key before then, you need to pay an additional $10 urgency fee and we will order the key separately.

We will inform you once they have arrived. If you wish to authorise another person to collect the keys (i.e., tenants), we require written confirmation via email, and their ID must be shown to the Building Manager upon collection.

All key orders are charged to the quarterly lot fees.
