Move-in Procedure:

Nothing is to be moved in to the building until the lift has been locked off for you.

Only the padded lift is to be used for your move.

Nothing is to be placed against common area walls.

Nothing is to be dragged along the floors.

Nothing is to be placed in front of stairwell entrances, service cupboards and emergency doors.

All furniture and boxes must go straight from the truck or van into the lift and from the lift straight into the apartment. Nothing is to be left in the foyers.
