The karaoke room is now back to its normal operation and you can subscribe to use and make the booking through our new system MYBOS.

 

Updated building rules:
Parcels:  - Will not be kept long term, 
                 - Old parcels will be returned to sender. 
                 - Please collect your parcels within a week of arrival.

Bookings:
                 - Need to be made 24 hours or more prior to the requested time. 2 hour maximum booking time.
                 - All bookings must be made through the MYBOS system. QR codes are available on building notices for signing up to the new system. 
                 - Bookings cannot be made at the front desk
                 - Bookings made through wewumbo will not be accepted or honoured.
                 - All bookings Amenities need to clean and clear up after use. You will be subject to pay cleaning fees ($300-500) if this is not done.

Move Ins/Outs: 
                          - Need to be booked 48 hours prior.
                          - No application at the desk, bookings must be made through MYBOS.
                          - 2 hour maximum moving time.
                          - Available times: 
                                            Monday - Saturday: 10am - 12 noon, 2pm-4pm
                                            Sunday: No moving allowed
                          -  For bookings, tenants should provide a document from real estate for proof that they are moving in/out. Bookings will not be approved until this is provided.

Maintenance services:
                          - For air-conditioning unit repairs, please contact D&E service directly via email to arrange a service time :
                            Email: service@de-air.com.au
                          - Damage reports & maintenance requests should be made through the MYBOS system.
                          Please contact us regarding:
                                             Any damage/issues outside of your apartment, such as common areas.
                                             Problems with windows.
                                             Leaks from the exterior of the apartment
                          We cannot help you with:
                                             Issues solely in the apartment interior

Car Parking:
                       - A reminder that any cars parked without permission in the building car park should be removed immediately.
                       - Any vehicles parked in the car park without permission will be towed without notice, and you must then pay the towing cost ($600-700) to retrieve your car.

Eating and drinking:
        - will not be allowed in any public areas/amenities except the dining rooms, kitchens and wine Cellar ($300 fines applicable).
