Two things you could learn while doing these 30-days challenges.

The first thing is, instead of forgotten; the time is much more memorable. You could remember the things you did during the challenge time. Second, you will notice that your self-confidence will grow, especially you do some hard challenge things.


And, add something new in your life means your life will have some small changes, these small changes are sustainable. If you do it, you probably will notice your life could be better than before!
