MOVE IN PROCEDURE
All move-ins must be booked directly with the Building Manager, Peter Smith, at least three days prior to the
intended date of move in. You are required to complete the Move-In request form and provide this to Peter

PHONE & INTERNET CONNECTIONS
Lakeside is NBN ready and each apartment contains data points that allow you access to internet services. You will
need to arrange your own connection through your preferred provider. New connection fees may apply.
Please advise the Building Manager of your internet connection date, to enable the Building Manager to provide
access to the building and communication cupboard to the technician.
CAR PARKING
Car parking is located on the Basement levels. The car park entrance is located on Queens Lane. Please confirm
your car space number to ensure you are parking in your allocated space. If your property does not have a car
park, you will need to make your own arrangements.
STORAGE CAGES
Each apartment has an allocated storage cage, located in the basement. Please confirm your storage cage location to
ensure you are using your allocated space. Residents are required to provide their own locks.
Melbourne Real Estate advise you to not store any objects of personal or monetary value in the
storage cage, and will not be held liable for any items removed.
