Utility Connection
An important message to the residents - Waste Disposal
1/ Small baged general waste goes into the general waste chute
2/ Small (and clean) recyclables go into the recycling chute
3/ Larger items, and all cardboard must be taken to the Lower Ground bin area for disposal
4/ All hardwaste must be taken to the hardwaste disposal area (after receiving approval from the building management team).

2/ if you have a longer term tenant, can you please forwartd this to your tenant and request they please review this document and poay attendition to waste disposal.
3/ If you operate short stay accommodation from your apartment, we ask for the following:
(a) A copy of this document please be left inside the apartment
(b) a copy of the waste dispoal information be separately and prominently displayed in the apartment
(c) where possible, include a copy of this document, and acceptance of these rules and terms made as part of the booking of the apartment.
