Building Manager

  • The building manager name is Renee. Should Owners and Residents have any queries or concerns with regard to the common areas, contact may be made with the Building Manager between the hours of 7:00am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday on 0455 337 733.

Moving In - Move in can only be conducted during weekdays between the hours of 0900-1600. A prior lift booking needs to be made. On the move in day please request for the tenant to meet with the building officer on duty to sign an indemnity form (can be found in the welcome pack) and further explanation of the procedure if required.

 

The Quays app : Tenant needs to visit https://portal.thequays.net.au/ to download the Quays app and register (the case sensitive site code C56P8S is required during the registration process). A copy of tenancy agreement (must be signed by both tenant and landlord) so that the building team can approve the account. The app can be used to book the lift for move in and other building’s amenities. The account not only allow for facilities access but is also tied to the parcel locker name list. If the name is not in the system, any parcel arriving under that name will be returned.

 

The building team no longer accept parcels (also not allowed to keep parcels/keys for tenants) from courier nor meet them. Courier enter the building by way of a one-time code and will enter parcel into a parcel locker. If name has been registered and parcel is not larger than our largest size locker (44 x 117 x 45 cm), the courier will be able to enter them into the locker, otherwise the item will be returned. By default, all deliveries go into the parcel locker except for perishables which have a separate designated unattended area. For deliveries that’s too large to be entered into the parcel locker, ask your tenant make a lift booking and accept the parcel themself. The couriers coming into Quays have instruction to return all parcel that cannot be entered into the locker.

 

Utility Connection
 

  • Electricity: The Quays has an embedded electricity network managed by WINenergy. Visit www.winenerqv.com.au or call 1300 791 970.
  •  Note that Hot water and Gas are now with Energy Trade (separate attachment)..
  • Internet / Telephone -The apartments are National Broadband (NBN) ready.
  • Pay TV Facility - Residents wishing to connect to receive the Pay TV facility are to contact Foxtel on 131787.

 

Common Facilities

Facilities include a modern lap swimming pool, gym, spa, rooftop tennis court, yoga hall, conference room, private cinema.
