MOVING IN PROCEDURE:

Please contact YOUR Body Corporate prior to ‘moving in’ to arrange access and adhere to the Body Corporates protocol.

During move in all furniture, appliances and personal items must be moved up to your apartment in the Lift, which will be covered to ensure no damage to the lift takes place. The front foyer is not to be used for storage of furniture, appliances and personal items during move in. Please ensure that furniture fits in the lift prior to move in day. The dimensions for the lifts are as follows:

Internal shell dimensions:

  • Lift 1 - 1450mm wide x 2050mm deep x 2500mm high
  • Lift 2 - 1450mm wide x 2050mm deep x 2500mm high
  • Lift 3 - 1650mm wide x 2150mm deep x 2500mm high
  • Lift 4 - 1450mm wide x 2150mm deep x 2500mm high

Lift door dimensions:

  • 1000mm wide x 2100mm high

 

Utlity Connection (Electricity/Hot Water/Internet/Water )

You will need to contact your preferred Utility Companies/ Retailers to organise connection of services immediately.

  1. Electricity: You will need to contact Win Energy as included in this manual to arrange for the connection of power to your apartment. Please refer to the attached information pack for further details.
  2. Gas that heats your Hot Water: Hot water to your apartment is already connected and will be billed via your Owners Corporation.
  3. Water: The building is currently serviced by City West Water. You will need to contact City West Water immediately to organise the connection of water to your Apartment. City West Water will bill you directly for your metered water usage.
  4. Phone & Internet: The building is serviced by the National Broadband Network (NBN). You will need to contact NBN’s preferred supplier to organise the connection of phone and internet to your Apartment. Refer to the NBN Guide Lines contained within your Information Pack for further details.
  5. Foxtel: The Apartments are fully wired for Foxtel. If you wish to organise the connection of your service please contact Foxtel. Foxtel will bill you directly for your usage.
  6. Keys & Security Access Cards: You have been provided with one key to your Apartment. If you require additional keys you will need to order these through the Owners Corporation.

You have been provided with a security access swipe card. The access card will provide entry to the main entry points to the building, car park door, lifts, Level 1 recreational areas, Level 2 landscape area and Level 27 landscape area. If you require additional access cards you will need to order these through the Body Corporate.

 

Common Facilities

Facilities include a pool, spa, gym, cinema room, BBQ area, and concierge.
