Inspections of residential properties lease in Metro Melbourne can now proceed with up to 10 people from a maximum of 2 households (from 27 October 2020).

Inspection Rules:

• 10 attendees from 2 households are permitted at each inspection
• All attendees must book inspection prior
• Inspections are limited to 15 minutes
• Attendees must wear a standard face covering (face mask) for the entire duration of the inspection
• Tenants can travel outside their 25km radius to attend an inspection (Residents from Regional Victoria are not permitted)
• Remain Standard social distancing 
• Practice good hygienes
• All attendees are recorded for contact tracing purposes
